When can you be reached by phone?
DHA is opened from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST from Monday to Friday. If we are not in the office when you need to reach us, please leave a message on our voice mail. All calls will be returned on the next working day, information sent out immediately and orders entered upon receipt.

How do you normally ship packages?
All packages are shipped via UPS or US Mail, unless otherwise requested. International packages will ship via US First Class Mail. All orders ship out of our Pennsylvania warehouse within two working days of receiving the completed order.

Absolutely not. We have never paid for or requested an endorsement in the dozens of research books that recommend our fine formulas. When did you start selling Herpanacine?

Yes, when taken as directed it is perfectly safe.

Are there side effects?
There are no negative side effects and some excellent benefits.

How long will it be before you experience results?
Everyone reacts differently, but in general it takes 1 to 6 months before you see major changes.

What ages can safely take Herpanacine?
It is safe for any age, from babies to seniors. Small children will have to take it at a lower dosage. It can also be used for dogs, although again at lower dosages.

What is the dosage?
For an adult, you take three capsules with breakfast and lunch for severe conditions, two capsules twice daily for moderate conditions and one capsule twice daily for maintenance. Why do you suggest we take it with breakfast and lunch? Can I take it with dinner?
The reason we suggest taking it earlier is that the Vitamin E in Herpanacine tends to give people more stamina and energy, and if you have problems sleeping, this will not help. If this is not a concern for you, then yes, you can take it with dinner.

Is Herpanacine wheat free?
Yes, it is also free of yeast, dairy, corn, sugar, artificial preservatives, flavor or fragrance.

Does Herpanacine have to be refrigerated?
No, just keep it in a dry, cool place and away from direct sunlight. Store at 15�-30� C (59�-86� F).

Herpanacine Dietary Suggestions...
Along with Herpanacine, nutrition is very important in balancing your health. It is essential. My research led me to develop a specialized nutritional program, which is as follows:

Eat plenty of green vegetables, grains, brown rice, pasta (with a variety of WHITE sauces or pesto - NOT TOMATO), yams, salads (small amount of dressing) and fruit.
For protein, fish and fowl are best, especially in colder weather. Vegetable proteins such as beans, tofu and tempeh are desirable.
Avoid alcohol, white sugar, white flour, M.S.G., white potatoes, fried foods, red meat, tomato products, shell fish, egg plant, green pepper, hard cheese, excessive dairy, (more than once a day), vinegar (small amounts only), black tea, coffee, soda and chocolate. Limit oils and citrus fruit. These foods have a high acid content or stimulate the body to produce excessive acid and oils.
Avoid drinking while eating, it interferes with proper digestion and promotes high acid buildup in the stomach. You may drink before or after meals.
Another important digestive aid is remembering to eat slowly and chew well.
Possible substitutes for black tea and coffee are herbal teas. Experiment with the many flavors...mint is soothing, try them all.
Try sparkling natural spring waters with lemon, lime, black cherry and other fruits as a nice alternative to soda. Read the label to make sure they are all natural.
Try carob instead of chocolate (in moderation.) If it is used as a cover, make sure the inside ingredients do not contain sugar. Example: Carob covered raisins would be fine.
Once your condition improves, these guidelines are still to be followed, but you can perhaps be a little more flexible.

Herpanacine Dosage Recommendations...
Remember Herpanacine should be taken after breakfast and lunch.

For severe cases: Take six per day, three in the morning and three in the afternoon. Stay at that level for at least two months after all outbreaks cease.

For moderate conditions: start with (or when severe condition has been outbreak free for two months) take four a day, two in the morning and two in the afternoon, for at least five months. Make sure you have had no outbreaks for at least two months and/or have been taking Herpanacine for a total of five months before reducing to a maintenance level.

Maintenance: Two capsules per day. Once you have been taking Herpanacine for at least five months and have had no outbreaks for two months, reduce to maintenance. Most people find two a day is correct for them. At this point you will be experiencing the amazing benefits and results of Herpanacine!

If taken at the evening meal, some people experience too much energy to sleep restfully. Of course, if you work at night and sleep during the day, it may be necessary to rearrange these instructions to compliment your specific life style.

Please Note:

During pregnancy or while nursing, maximum dosage is four per day.
For acute conditions: 1 bottle every 16 days (100 capsule size bottle)

Why is Diamond Etern-L better than other anti-aging formulas?
